| Connemara / Coast Trails & Aille Cross

These trails have been operated for over 30 years by the
legendary Irish horseman Willie Leahy. The Connemara and
Coast Trails operate from May until October. Ride for 6
days through the spectacular scenery of Connemara on surefooted
Connemara ponies and Irish hunters.

This ride is suitable for
both beginners and experienced riders. Aille Cross Equestrian
Centre Based at Loughrea in the heart of the Galway Blazers
hunting country, Aille Cross Equestrian Centre operates cross
country riding holidays from Oct -May. The superb facilities,
beautiful countryside and friendly atmosphere make for a delightful
riding holiday.

Experienced riders can test
their ability over natural and man-made fences. Trail riding
and tuition is also available for beginners. Hunting is available
with the Galway Blazers or other local packs. Horses and ponies
for competition or leisure riding are always for sale.

Accommodation for both holidays is in luxurious
hotels and guesthouses. Self catering is also available for
the Aille Cross Equestrian Centre holiday. We are members
of Horse Riding Ireland, a group of leading riding establishments.
